The smells of fresh guacamole and salsa, the mouth-watering steak and chicken and the crunchy chips are what people love most about Chipotle Mexican Grill.

Why not enjoy a meal and have your money go towards a good cause?

The sisters of Theta Phi Alpha are having a Chipotle fundraiser on February 20 at their Mansfield location at 764 North Lexington-Springmill Road.

The fundraiser starts at 4 p.m. and ends at 9 p.m. Those who come to Chipotle with the promo on their phones or have a flyer, 50 percent of the proceeds will be donated to Theta Phi Alpha’s philanthropies.

Theta Phi Alpha’s philanthropies include Camp Friendship, Glennmary Home Missioners and The House That Theta Phi Built.

Camp Friendship is a two-week camp for underprivileged children who can learn skills, make friends and participate in events that help them grow as individuals.

The Glennmary Home Missioners is for working in areas that are low on food, clothing and medical care according to the Theta Phi Alpha website.

The last philanthropy is The House That Theta Phi Built which is the newest philanthropy. It helps homeless individuals, shelters and “home building or neighborhood revitalization projects,” according to the Theta Phi Alpha website.
