The No. 13 Ashland University Women’s Soccer team tied with Findlay on the road Thursday, Oct. 30th. The Eagles played the Oilers to a 0-0 draw.
The Eagles move to 11-2-3 overall and 9-0-3 in conference play. The Oilers are now 9-3-4 overall, and 8-2-2 in the conference.
After 22 shots on goal, neither team was able to find the back of the net. The Eagles outshootingoutshot the Oilers 13-9.
Fifth-year goalkeeper and Great Midwest Defensive Athlete of the Week made three saves, earning her sixth solo clean sheet of 2025.
The Eales maintain their Great Midwest Athletic Conference lead after a scoreless 90 minutes from both teams. In GMAC rankings, the Eagles are 3 three points ahead of second-place Cedarville, and four points ahead of Findlay, with two league games remaining.
Next the Eagles will head back to Ferguson Field to play Cedarville in a battle of the No. 1 and No. 2 teams in the GMAC standings on Nov. 1 at 6:30 p.m.
