AU Football Head Coach Lee Owens’ weekly press conference

After a 4-0 start to the 2022-2023 season, the Eagles are getting ready to take on another GMAC opponent in the Walsh Cavaliers.
The team is 2-0 in conference play as well.
Head Coach Lee Owens addressed the media in his weekly press conference where he discussed the continued defensive domination, his win against the Timberwolves, and the continued standout running back room.
The Eagles, as of today, were placed at No. 6 in the nation by the American Football Coaches Associations poll.
In attendance were Cade Cracas representing The Collegian and Dusty Sloan with the AU Athletic Communications Department.
