The Eagles came out swinging and won 28-17 over the Hillsdale Chargers in their final home game of the season. Scoring within the first two minutes of the game came from a two yard pass from Trent Maddox to Nabil Abdus-salaam.

The defense was suffocating for the first two quarters managing to force turnovers and punts which created great complimentary football giving the offense great field position multiple times throughout the first half.

A 26 yard touchdown pass from Trent Maddox to Malik Woolridge followed by a touchdown rush by Larry Martin on the very next drive sent the Game into halftime with the Eagles up 22-0.

Things began to get serious after halftime came to a conclusion when Hillsdale began to come alive and the Eagles began to play conservatively.

The Eagles only managed to score six points off two field goals by Storm Elsesser in the entire second half compared to Hillsdales 17.

The momentum was in their corner entirely and the defense began to make mistakes giving the chargers a drive that was fueled by several defensive pass interferences.

At the very last moments of the game the defense came up with one final turnover that was able to completely seal the Hillsdale resurgence.

The Eagles ended the day with 289 rushing yards and 154 yards passing. With their 443 yards of offense the team advances to 4-4 on their season with two games remaining.
