United Way of Ashland County and Kroc Center Big Band to host Harvest Dance

In support of the 2012 Campaign of Caring, United Way of Ashland County invites you to The Salvation Army Kroc Center to “Dance to the Light of the Harvest Moon.” The event will take place Oct. 22, from 7 p.m. – 10 p.m. The evening’s dress attire will be casual and light appetizers and desserts will be served.

Those interested are encouraged to listen and dance to the outstanding sounds of The Kroc Center “Big Band,” whose members are donating their time and talents to the campaign. United Way and The Kroc Center Big Band are excited about the opportunity to host this event.

“We encourage anyone that loves to dance or listen to the big band sound to be a part of this special evening and to help support United Way of Ashland County,” Kelly Cooke, United Way of Ashland County special events coordinator, said.

Tickets are now available at the United Way office and will sell for $20 per couple or $10 for a single person. All proceeds will go toward the 2012 United Way Campaign. Tickets will also be available at the door. Reservations for tables of eight are also being taken.
