On Feb. 4, Fraternity and Sorority Life hosted an event to make Valentines Day cards for the St. Jude’s kids.
As soon as you walked into Eagles Landing you were greeted with markers and paper to start the process of making cards.
Once the paper gets folded in half, and there is a design and message on the inside, it then becomes the perfect card to be given to the kids at ST. Jude.
After the first one, it becomes hard not to make more cards with the colored construction paper being provided.
Haylee Vernon, a member of Theta Phi Alpha said, “I think this event is very sweet and welcoming. I am having a great time, and I am liking all the different cards I am seeing”
As time went on the room began to fill with laugher and positivity as everyone continued to make their Valentines Day cards.
