Ashland University’s Dining Services may not offer one of the more popular dining options this coming academic year.
AU’s Late Night dining is traditionally offered Sunday through Thursday from 9-11:30 p.m. in the John C. Myer Convocation Center, but according to a press release from AU, it will be delayed due to the “unsuccessful search for a new sous/supervisor.”
Plans are currently in the works, which may allow Late Night to be open a few nights a week.
Eagle’s Nest, John C. Myers Convocation Center, and Tuffy’s Smoothie Bar have added new menu items.
The new menu items are listed as follows:
John C. Myer Convocation Center: Tuna poke bowls, gourmet nachos, loaded tater tots, design-your-own hot dogs
Eagle’s Nest: Beef brisket sandwich, mac-n-cheese bowl, 100% beef burgers, barbecue rib basket and fresh, made-to-order salads, plus sandwich toppings like chipotle and Harissa mayo
Tuffy’ Smoothie Bar: An acai bowl with fresh kiwi, bananas, granola and toasted coconut
A new meal plan has been added, which is the Talon Plan.
The Talon Plan consists of 160 meal swipes for use in the Convocation Center and $500 in dining dollars for use at any retail food establishment on campus.
The Collegian will continue to follow Late Night for any updates that may occur.
