Goat Yoga on AU Campus
Goats were spotted on Founders lawn for a campus event
On the evening of Tuesday Sept. 20, the Ashland University Recreation and Wellness program held a goat yoga event in front of Founders Hall.
With nearly 40 student participants, the program was a hit. Led by instructor Autumn Andrella from Release Yoga, the students were guided through a number of poses while goats were set on their backs.
The next event to be hosted by AU Recreation and Wellness will occur Thursday Sept. 22 at 9 am. It will cover basic QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) Suicide Prevention Training to raise awareness and observe National Suicide Awareness Month.
The event will be offered in both virtual and in-person settings and registration can be found on Engage.
