For their last match of the fall season, the Ashland Eagles women’s tennis team fell to Walsh on the road, on Saturday.

The Eagles lost the match, 7-2. Freshman, Brianna Brdicka, was part of both of the wins. In singles she defeated the Walsh Cavaliers freshman 6-2 and 6-3.

Brdicka teamed up with another Ashland freshman, Allison Brooks for doubles to win 8-3. For Brdicka and Brooks this was their first doubles win of their careers.

Also this fall Brdicka led the Ashland tennis team in single victories with three.

The Ashland Eagles women’s tennis team will take their break in the winter. They will come back in the spring season and be back in action on Feb. 18 at 4:30 p.m. at Oberlin.
