In a previous article I wrote related to student senate, I believed that tuition increases would be about 4 percent but as of Jan. 31, President Dr. Fred Finks issued an email stating that tuition would only increase 1.1 percent. I apologize for reporting information which has become false. When I attended the meeting, senators said it would be 4 percent, so that is what I reported. I however cannot say I am upset that I was wrong and look forward to such a small increase in next year’s tuition.
