The Ashland University football team continues to have a stellar 2022 campaign as they sit No. 13 in the nation and 8-1 on the season.

The Eagles were previously ranked at No. 6 in the nation for four consecutive weeks but after the unexpected loss, they fell to No. 14. Now, after a 31-23 win over the Lake Erie Storm they’ve moved up one spot in the rankings to No. 13.

The Eagles look to continue conference play with one matchup remaining against the Kentucky Wesleyan Panthers (Nov. 12).

Even though they have moved up and down this year in the rankings, this marks the 82nd time the Eagles have been ranked in the AFCA coaches top 25 poll since 2000.
